Hey, everyone. As usual, I hope this video finds you well and happy Thanksgiving.

I thought I’d talk a little bit about gratitude in the workplace today, and I’d like to start by thanking those of you that have made comments or sent me a text or an email or watched my videos and said very nice things to me about the things I post online.

It really means a lot to me and it makes me feel really good. That gratitude I love to express for lots of reasons and first and foremost, I think it makes the other person feel really good about the job they’ve done.

So I love showing gratitude to my employees because number one, it makes them feel better. And I think it makes the atmosphere at work feel better. I also know that our customers can feel when our employees are happy.

And happy employees make happy customers and happy customers become endeared to the organization because they feel good about it. Not only that, but I also know that when you show a sign of appreciation, it makes you feel good. I know I feel good when I give someone a compliment and they feel great.

Show that gratitude because I don’t think you can pay for that kind of feeling. So around the holiday season, I’ll keep this message short. I hope it’s safe. I hope you travel safely. I hope you surround yourself with loved ones. I hope you eat too much and hope you’re really thankful for the things that we have.

So take care. Have a great holiday season and thanks again for paying attention and watching my stuff.

Take care.
